Life with ADHD: Susan on the Speaking Candidly with Candace Podcast

I was invited to talk about my experience of life with (undiagnosed) ADHD and what I learned from it with Candace Schoner for her mental health awareness podcast, Speaking Candidly with Candace. I don’t like talking about my experience with ADHD because it was all hard; I really am not sure what to highlight for the record! But my larger point is that learning, and particularly learning how is the key to ADHD. The more we understand that ADHD has its own needs for learning how to respond and interact with experience, we can bring curiosity and engagement to counter the confusion and shame that holds us back.
